Community Information

Colonial Oaks Manufactured Home Park is a family oriented community located 20 minutes west of Cleveland in Elyria, OH. Colonial Oaks was started in 1972 with 25 mobile homes. Currently, we have 480 homes with expansion to reach 525.

Some of the features of Colonial Oaks include and Olympic size pool, basketball courts, baseball diamond, playground and neighborhood patrol. Pets are allowed and there is weekly trash pickup. We offer the use of the recreation hall to all of our residents.

Colonial Oaks is located in the Midview school district (Grafton). School buses pick up and drop off in front of the park, where there is a shelter. The Lorain County Transit comes through the park regularly, providing easy access to Midway Mall and downtown Elyria. Oberlin College and Lorain Community College are within a 15 minute drive.

Colonial Oaks is located minutes from I-480.
